Product Introduction

330 Stainless Steel Plate is a high-performance nickel-chromium austenitic alloy specifically engineered for outstanding strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization, and thermal shock at extreme temperatures (up to 1150°C / 2100°F). Unlike standard stainless steels designed primarily for corrosion resistance, Alloy 330 (also known as RA 330®) is optimized for high-temperature mechanical integrity in harsh furnace atmospheres.

Its key characteristic is a balanced composition with significant silicon content (1.0-2.0%), which dramatically enhances its resistance to carburizing and oxidizing environments, as well as thermal cycling. This makes it the premier choice for critical furnace components, radiant tubes, heat treatment baskets, and other applications where 300-series stainless steels like 309/310 would rapidly degrade due to embrittlement or excessive scaling.
