330 Stainless Steel Bar is a specialized nickel-chromium-iron austenitic alloy engineered specifically for exceptional high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and carburization resistance in demanding thermal processing applications. With a balanced composition of 34-37% nickel and 17-20% chromium, 330 delivers superior performance in continuous service up to 1200°C, making it the material of choice for high-temperature furnace components, heat treatment fixtures, and thermal processing equipment where standard stainless steel bars would rapidly degrade. This alloy bridges the gap between stainless steels and nickel-based superalloys, offering premium high-temperature capabilities at a more economical cost than specialized nickel alloys.

Available in rounds, squares, flats, hexagons, and special shapes, 330 alloy bar combines outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue while maintaining good fabricability and weldability.
