Product Introduction
Incoloy 925 Coil is supplied as a continuous thin strip of precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy, specifically engineered for the high-volume production of components that require both high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in severe sour oil and gas (O&G) environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and chlorides. This form enables the mass manufacturing of parts like downhole tool components, high-strength fasteners, valve internals, and spring clips, which are fabricated in the soft state and then age-hardened to achieve exceptional final properties.
