With a balanced composition of 34-37% nickel and 17-20% chromium, 330 delivers superior performance in continuous service up to 1200°C, making it the material of choice for high-temperature furnace components, heat treatment fixtures, and thermal processing equipment where standard stainless steels would rapidly degrade. This alloy bridges the gap between stainless steels and nickel-based superalloys, offering premium high-temperature capabilities at a more economical cost than specialized nickel alloys.

Supplied in continuous coil form for manufacturing efficiency, 330 alloy combines outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue while maintaining good fabricability and weldability. Its high nickel content ensures excellent resistance to reducing atmospheres and thermal cycling, while the chromium provides protection in oxidizing environments.
